Prices and transactions on our store are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
Paying with PayPal
When PayPal is available and selected as your payment method, you will be directed to the PayPal checkout environment to complete the transaction.
Depending on the options made available by PayPal for your account, device, and location, you may be able to complete payment by signing in to an existing PayPal account or by using an eligible debit or credit card through PayPal's available checkout options.
Payment information entered within PayPal's checkout environment is processed through PayPal rather than entered directly into a DLLDYQON™ payment form.
After the payment process is completed successfully, you will be returned to the store and your order will proceed according to the applicable order-processing and shipping terms.
Credit & Debit Card Payments
Eligible credit and debit card payment options may also be presented directly at checkout.
Because available payment methods can depend on factors such as the customer's location, card issuer, payment provider, and checkout configuration, the payment methods displayed during checkout are the methods currently available for that transaction.
Before submitting an order, please review the billing information carefully. An incorrect billing address, expired card, insufficient funds, issuer restriction, or security verification request may prevent a transaction from being approved.
If a card payment is declined, your bank or card issuer may be able to provide additional information about the reason for the decline. DLLDYQON™ cannot override an authorization decision made by a financial institution or payment provider.
How Payment Is Handled
We use checkout and payment-service technology intended to protect payment information while an order is being processed.
DLLDYQON™ does not intentionally collect or retain complete card details such as a full card number or card security code within our ordinary customer-service records. Sensitive payment credentials are handled through the applicable payment service or authorized checkout environment.
For your protection, our customer service team will never ask you to send a complete credit card number, card security code, online banking password, or PayPal password by email or telephone.
Please do not send this information when contacting us about an order.
Authorization, Charges & Order Confirmation
Submitting an order may require authorization from the selected payment provider or card issuer. An order should not be considered successfully paid solely because a checkout attempt was initiated.
Once payment is successfully processed and the order is accepted by our system, the order information will be used to begin the applicable fulfillment process.
If you notice an unexpected payment issue, duplicate-looking authorization, or discrepancy associated with an order, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Please do not include complete card credentials in your message.
Currency & Possible Bank Charges
Store prices are displayed and transactions are processed in USD unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
If your card or payment account uses another currency, your financial institution or payment provider may perform a currency conversion. Any exchange rate, foreign transaction fee, or other bank-imposed charge is determined by that provider and is separate from the product price charged by DLLDYQON™.
